Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order Release Procedure.

Purchase Requisition
Release based on Amount of PR, here we can have combination of total amount of PR and tracking no. configuration is based on classification system where all release levels are created as characteristic and characteristic assign to value or value range.
Then created characteristic assigned to class type, while classification system used with tracking no in PR.

So system will check for Tracking no and amount combination and will trigger release levels required.

purchase requisition can only be converted in to PO after Release status.

SO before implementing above scenario check your system feasibility system.
