Ware House Management Process

If any St loc is ware house manage then of each material movement system would create Posting change Notice.

-Posting change notice is for intimation that Some material movement has done.

-List of Open Posting change notice can be seen in  T Code LL01( Ware house Activity Monitor)

Also U can check Warehouse Stock against any material code generally if Posting change is Open then System would show that inventory in TR-Zone.

-Closure of posting change Notice

-Create WM Transfer Order against either Material doc or Posting change notice by T Code LT06

There are 2 options either in background or in foreground.

Now Posting change notice is closed but Transfer Order (WM TO) is open

-Confirmation of Transfer Order T Code LT12

There are 3 options 1.Pick +Transfer 2.Pick  3.Transfer.

Now u can check Ware house Stock Over View in LX02, TR-Zone would be Cleared now.

-Check Table LTAK in SE11

Enter Doc no or posting change no, will shoe list of Transfer order against respective Posting change or mat doc.

Get Transfer Order no and pass in Table LTAP, check confirmation column if confirmation done it would show as X.
